a day. During non-business hours our voice mail delivers rental
prices, location, and details about each individual rental available. |

to maximize the investor's net income by immediately attending to
delinquent payments. Rents received are placed in trust accounts
and disbursed in a manner tailored to fit each individual client's
needs. |

Our knowledge
of tenant/land-lord law works to protect our clients and their investment.
We maintain an association with a full time attorney specializing
in unlawful detainers, evictions, and any other tenant/landlord
problem. Should eviction become necessary, we will serve proper
notices and will coordinate with the attorney to handle all legal
aspects of eviction process. |

We collect your
rent, pay your mortgages, maintenance bills, taxes, and insurance.
At the end of every month we provide you with a detailed computerized
report of all the transactions. At tax time, all this information
is reported in the format required by your accountant. |

decisive, and professional response to maintenance requests. |
